A wine made from the heart with creativity and respect of our natural environment, bringing together tradition and innovation. This wine represents the diversity of our magnificent region blessed with an incredible variety of soils and climates that gives some of the most exciting wines in the world.Pale lemon gold with an explosive nose. Lovely flavours of apricot, peach and acacia blossom give way to an elegance and freshness balancing perfectly the richness of the grape.
Brilliant deep yellow. Pleasant nose of grapefruit, peach and apple. Fairly concentrated, supple, silky palate with intense aromas. Beautiful persistent freshness. Balanced throughout. Faintly mineral finish. Set aside for top quality fish.
The long wild yeast ferment provides bready aromas and additional complexity to the wine. Dried herbaceous notes, including fennel and aniseed from the nearby Fynbos, dominate the nose, followed by a creamy lemon character. The palate is reminiscent of the nose, with great textural complexity (attributable to the long, slow wild yeast fermentation), and more herbal characters.
Wonderful, creamy wine...Castelcerino but slightly more refined and mineral-driven on the palate. Like Filippo says, pair with all kinds of seafood.
Unusual for the DO of Rias Baixas, Finca de Arantei has crafted a single-estate, 100% Albarino wine. Tasting Note: Pale straw-lemon in colour, this wine displays refreshing aromas of peaches, apricot, jasmine tea and wet stone. On the palate, the flavours are equally rich and complemented by vibrant acidity, long length and lasting finish.
