This is a perfect pale pink wine that is very drinkable. Delicate with lovely sweet fruit from varietal Grenache grapes, the nose is perfumed with pretty ripe berry characters. On the palate it is soft, pleasantly fruity, fresh, juicy and savoury. Clean and well balanced with some depth, it is so exquisite and proves why Provence rosé is just so enjoyable!
Julian Faulkner has brilliantly managed an awkward vintage and, with a little wine-making magic, has made a rosé aromatic with lime blossom from equal parts Grenache and Cinsault, with a little Carignan and Mourvèdre for avoirdupois. A medium-weight, fruity rosé with a lovely citrus lift. 13.5% ABV
