Amanda Thomson wanted to enjoy delicious Champagne and Prosecco with the benefit of no and low sugar levels so she created Thomson & Scott Skinny - a portfolio of top quality bottles from 0.1g to 7g of sugar per litre. The newest product in her range is Thomson & Scott Skinny Prosecco - hailing from the South East facing slopes of the Dolomites, close to Soligo, in North East Italy. All the grapes used in the production are certified organic and are vinified in a gentle manner without the use of animal based products during filtration. The wine is also certified vegan. With up to 7g of sugar per litre, it has less than 50% of the usual sugar content added in the production process but retains the classic Prosecco character of honeysuckle, jasmine and amalfi lemon on the nose, with a fresh clean and light flavour of crisp green apple and ripe lemons.
